    1. General Terms

    Welcome to Auctorya. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Auctorya operates as a digital ebook marketplace connecting independent authors (sellers) with readers (buyers).

    2. Marketplace Rules

    • All users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Auctorya.
    • Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep their accounts secure.
    • Auctorya reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
    • Manipulation of AI transparency scores is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

    3. Commission Structure

    Auctorya applies a 10% platform commission on all sales. Sellers receive 90% of the sale price. Payments are processed securely and disbursed according to the seller's payout schedule.

    4. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

    • The ebook file is corrupt or unreadable.
    • The content significantly differs from its description.
    • The AI transparency score was intentionally misrepresented by the seller.

    Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Auctorya reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

    5. Seller Responsibilities

    • Sellers must hold all necessary rights to the content they upload.
    • Sellers must accurately describe their ebooks and not mislead buyers.
    • Sellers agree to have their content analyzed by Auctorya's AI detection system for transparency scoring.
    • Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations.

    6. Contenu interdit

    Il est strictement interdit de publier sur Auctorya :

    • Des contenus plagiés ou dont vous ne détenez pas les droits
    • Des contenus vides ou non conformes à leur description
    • Des contenus illégaux, discriminatoires ou portant atteinte aux droits des tiers
    • Des contenus générés intégralement par IA sans le mentionner (le score de transparence IA est obligatoire et doit refléter fidèlement la réalité du contenu)

    7. Intellectual Property

    Sellers retain full ownership of their content. By uploading to Auctorya, sellers grant Auctorya a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote their ebooks on the platform.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Auctorya provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
